All the busy helpers have met already and are very keen to prepare and organise a memorable St Nicolaus event.
Despite of his long journey, the Samichlaus is looking foreword to see many young and old kids on Sunday the 4th December 2016 from 11 am to 4 pm.
His helpers are already very busy in organising the bags for the kids filled with many goodies, such has home made “Lebkuchen”, nuts,... and many other surprises.
As the event demands quite a bit of catering we are very grateful if all of the attendance can fill in the form on the left.
PLEASE be aware that ALL booking closes:

We are also looking for people helping at the event for the BBQ and to sell Nussgipfel and beverage. Please let me know in advanced.

Hitch a ride to Perry Lakes for the Santa event.
To create the possibility for everybody to join the event. Here the next solution for the seniors and the ones who like to be picked up.
We will organise two mini buses to pick up the people north of the river and one for south of the river.
There will be a fee for members who are retirees and an other for not yet retirees.
According to the distance we will charge an extra fee.
The bus cost needs to be covered by the passengers.
We are looking for 2 drivers, members of the Swiss Club or other volunteers.
Time:
Arrival at the Perry Lakes around 11. Therefore you will need to ready one or two hours earlier to be picked up.
What is great about it
You have already time to socialise with the Swiss Fellows on the way to the event.
